DESCRIPTION: Manuka honey is a natural product and may crystallise. Colour, consistency, and flavour may vary between batches.

ALLERGY ADVICE: Should not be consumed by children under the age of 1 and people with allergies to honey and bee products.

STORAGE: To preserve MGO bioactivity, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F) and avoid heat exposure. Refrigeration is optional. Short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as during shipping, does not affect the honey.

EXPIRY: Biosota Manuka honey has a 5-year "Expiry Date" to ensure the MGO rating is accurate. When stored correctly, the honey remains safe to consume beyond this date and does not expire.

DIRECTIONS: Dosage and individual results may vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any treatment and if symptoms persist.

ORAL USE DIRECTIONS:
Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve.
Everyday Strength Use: ingest one teaspoon a day for ongoing probiotic support to build immunity and maintain greater health.

TOPICAL USE DIRECTIONS:
