STORAGE: To preserve MGO bioactivity, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F) and avoid heat exposure. Refrigeration is optional. Crystallisation is natural and doesn’t impact quality or efficacy. To decrystallise, place the sealed jar in warm water. Short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as during shipping, does not affect the honey.
EXPIRY: Biosota Manuka honey has a 5-year "Expiry Date" to ensure the MGO rating is accurate. When stored correctly, the honey remains safe to consume beyond this date and does not expire.

Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve.

TOPICAL USE DIRECTIONS:
Medicinal Strength Use: apply liberally to affected areas. Cover with a clean and sterile dressing: bandage, gauze, or compress. Leave overnight and change the dressing when saturated, or as needed.
Everyday Strength Use: apply directly to skin. For a less sticky solution, dilute with warm water, lotion, or essential oil.
