Short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as during shipping, does not affect the honey.

EXPIRY: Biosota Manuka honey has a 5-year "Expiry Date" to ensure the MGO rating is accurate. When stored correctly, the honey remains safe to consume beyond this date and does not expire.

ORAL USE DIRECTIONS:
Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve.

TOPICAL USE DIRECTIONS:
