INGREDIENTS: 100% Pure Raw Australian Manuka Honey. (Single-origin harvest, wild foraged Leptospermum Manuka honey). 
Certified authentic, organic, and GMO-free. Free from antibiotics, glysophates, and pesticides. (Packaged in BPA-free jars).

DESCRIPTION: Manuka honey is a natural product and may crystallise. Colour, consistency, and flavour may vary between batches.

ALLERGY ADVICE: Should not be consumed by children under the age of 1 and people with allergies to honey and bee products.

EXPIRY: Biosota Manuka honey has an “Expiry Date” of 5 years from packaging to guarantee the MGO rating remains accurate over the shelf life of the product. While the MGO bioactivity rating will naturally fluctuate over time, Manuka honey does not expire and remains safe to consume past the printed Expiry Date.

DIRECTIONS: Dosage and individual results may vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any treatment and if symptoms persist.

ORAL USE DIRECTIONS:

Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve. Everyday Strength Use: ingest one teaspoon a day for ongoing probiotic support to build immunity and maintain greater health.

TOPICAL USE DIRECTIONS:

Medicinal Strength Use: apply liberally to affected areas. Cover with a clean and sterile dressing: bandage, gauze, or compress. Leave overnight and change the dressing when saturated, or as needed.

Everyday Strength Use: apply directly to skin. For a less sticky solution, dilute with warm water, lotion, or essential oil.
