STORAGE: To maintain optimal levels of MGO bioactivity long-term, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F). Do not expose to heat. Can be refrigerated. Crystallisation is a naturally occurring process and does not affect the quality, taste, or efficacy of the honey and remains safe to consume. Eat as-is, or place the sealed jar in warm water to decrystallise. Manuka honey remains unaffected by short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as those encountered during shipping transit.
EXPIRY: Biosota Manuka honey has an “Expiry Date” of 5 years from packaging to guarantee the MGO rating remains accurate over the shelf life of the product. While the MGO bioactivity rating will naturally fluctuate over time, Manuka honey does note expire and remains safe to consume past the printed Expiry Date.

ORAL USE DOSAGE:
Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve.

TOPICAL USE DOSAGE:
