Xmas in July: 3 easy mocktail recipes infused with pure Manuka honey

    Non-alcoholic Mulled Wine Recipe

    The perfect accompaniment to a Christmas banquet with friends, warm up on a chilly winter evening with this aromatic mulled wine, infused with potent Manuka honey and comforting spices.


    • 750ml non-alcoholic Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon
    • 8 cloves
    • 3 star anise
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1 orange (sliced)
    • Biosota Manuka Honey MGO 880+ (⁠for an added boost of minerals, antioxidants and bioflavonoids)


    1. In a saucepan, combine non-alcoholic wine, cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick and orange slices (reserving one orange slice for garnish).
    2. Heat gently, bringing to a very low boil on medium-high heat. Turn heat to low and steam for 20 – 30 minutes.
    3. Strain and pour into mugs. Add Manuka honey to taste.
    4. Stir and garnish with fresh orange slice, cinnamon stick and star anise for a little extra spice.

    Beet-tox Mocktail

    Blending the sweetness of beet juice and Manuka honey with zesty lemon and a hint of basil, this mocktail offers a delicious boost of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits.


    • 90ml beet juice
    • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 6 basil leaves
    • 1 tsp Biosota Manuka Honey MGO 880+ (for an added boost of minerals, antioxidants and bioflavonoids)
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • Sparkling water
    • Dried orange slice and basil leaves for garnish


    1. Place beet juice, lemon juice, basil, Manuka honey and olive oil into a cocktail shaker.
    2. Shake well to combine. Strain over ice into a glass.
    3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a dried orange slice & a few basil leaves. Delish!

    Immune Boost Mocktail

    Perfect for a cosy night in, the Immune Boost Mocktail harmonises a wellness tea with vibrant juices and invigorating spices. It’s the perfect festive drink to celebrate Xmas in July while also supporting your health.


    • 90ml immune support tea (we love a blend of hibiscus loose leaf, cinnamon bark, fresh raspberry leaf, and mint)

    • 60ml pineapple or orange juice
    • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp grated ginger
    • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

    1. Brew your choice of immune support tea and let it cool.
    2. Stir in the Manuka honey.
    3. Combine the chilled tea, juices, ginger, turmeric and black pepper in a shaker.
    4. Shake well and pour over ice into a short tumbler.
    5. Garnish with a slice of orange and mint for a zesty finish!
