Medicinal Strength Use: ingest one to two teaspoons up to twice daily, gradually reducing to one teaspoon per day as symptoms improve. Everyday Strength Use: ingest one teaspoon a day for ongoing probiotic support to build immunity and maintain greater health.
TOPICAL USE DIRECTIONS:
Medicinal Strength Use: apply liberally to affected areas. Cover with a clean and sterile dressing: bandage, gauze, or compress. Leave overnight and change the dressing when saturated, or as needed.
Everyday Strength Use: apply directly to skin. For a less sticky solution, dilute with warm water, lotion, or essential oil.
