Free Shipping Offers

We offer free standard shipping based on your order location and value:

  • Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD
  • USA & Canada: Free standard shipping from our USA location on orders over $75 AUD
  • International: Free standard shipping on orders over $350 AUD

Exclusions: Free international shipping does not apply to the Middle East (Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia & UAE). Instead, a discounted flat shipping rate of $50 AUD applies to orders over $350 AUD.

Express Shipping

Paid express shipping options are also available for faster delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days (Australia & USA domestic)
  • International shipping: Estimated 5–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
  • If there are any delays in dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible.

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a valid phone number for courier contact and a street address, as we cannot ship internationally to PO Boxes, and domestic PO Box deliveries may experience delays.

Western Australia Restrictions

Due to quarantine regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Western Australia. This may change in the future.

International Orders

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • From Australia: Orders are shipped with DHL Couriers and include international tracking.
  • From the USA (Domestic & Canada): Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS and include tracking.
  • PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international PO Boxes due to customs regulations.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–21 business days (subject to postal, customs, and location-specific delays).

Customs Clearance & Import Duties

We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience, but some factors are beyond our control. Please be aware that:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country.
  • Customs authorities may hold, inspect, or confiscate goods at their discretion.
  • If an order is returned to sender due to unpaid duties or taxes, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse or refund any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees if these charges are not paid.
